Scott Fellows

Scott Fellows (born September 28, 1965) is an American television writer and producer. He is the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's ''Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide'', DHX Media's ''Johnny Test'', and for Nickelodeon's hit Kids-Choice-Award-winning TV series ''Big Time Rush''. ''100 Things to Do Before High School'' was premiered on Nickelodeon in 2015. ''SuperNoobs!'' was planned to premiere on Cartoon Network in 2016.
Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer for the second, third and fourth seasons of ''The Fairly OddParents'' , Wrote some episodes for of ''The Buzz On Maggie'' , ''Martha Speaks'' , and a couple of episodes of '' Recess''. He was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for the show in 2003.〔Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. ("Primetime Emmy Awards nominations for 2003 - OUTSTANDING MUSIC AND LYRICS" ). Retrieved on June 16, 2013.〕 His earlier writing credits also include episodes of ''Weinerville'', ''U to U'', ''100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd'' and ''Doug''.
